Return Policy

At June Rose London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return them is not permitted.

  • Due to previous experiences where proper products were refunded despite being in correct condition, we now require photo evidence before proceeding with any refund or return request. This helps us verify the issue fairly and prevent misuse of our return policy. Please make sure the pictures clearly show the defect and the overall fit of the dress.

Return Process

  1. Request a return by emailing info@juneroselondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You must first send clear pictures as proof in order for us to confirm that the product has defects and/or is not fitting correctly by comparing it to your other dress.
  3. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  4. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  5. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and the condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
